📋 Description

• Translate internal organizational guidelines into clear, actionable SOPs for Treasury, Finance, and Operations teams • Explain requirements and restrictions to department leads and guide proper data-recording procedures • Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT to define data structures, logging fields, system snapshots, and data-retention rules • Monitor implementation progress across teams and conduct routine compliance checks • Maintain organized documentation for periodic internal reviews • Identify process gaps, negotiate practical cross-team solutions, and optimize internal workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Process Consulting, Operational Audit, or Strategy Execution • Experience from Big 4 firms or a corporate advisory background is highly preferred • Comfortable working with data structures, operational logs, and financial record-keeping concepts • Ability to bridge business processes and technical/data teams • Highly polite, articulate, and diplomatic • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, manage cross-departmental friction, and drive results with patience and tact • Pragmatic and detail-oriented • Strong drive to see projects through to completion in a fast-paced environment • Professional fluency in English, written and verbal
