📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and configuration of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure, and/or Pentest programs for new and existing customers • Lead ongoing technical program execution through kickoff meetings, walkthroughs, and regular or ad hoc program reviews • Serve as the technical point of contact during program launches • Guide customers on vulnerability triage, communication workflows, and integration best practices • Provide practical support for pentest or bounty projects and ensure on-time delivery • Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers and sales teams to align technical delivery with customer expectations • Develop and improve onboarding playbooks, technical documentation, and enablement materials • Collaborate with delivery team members and contribute to project success • Participate in problem-solving discussions and proactively identify potential issues • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes for consistency, quality, and scalability • Provide proactive status updates and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders • Manage program timelines and dependencies, identifying and mitigating potential delays

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation, solutions architecture, technical program management, or professional services • Knowledge of pentest, bug-bounty and red-team methodologies • Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent written & verbal communication with customer facing mindset • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment • Experience creating documentation and policies to support the role (preferred) • Familiarity with at least one scripting language such as Python, Ruby, or Bash, with proficiency sufficient to create simple automation tools (preferred) • Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Ability to carry/move a laptop as needed throughout the workday • Requisite integrity to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information in the strictest confidence • Subject to background checks for employment purposes
