📋 Description

• Lead the monetisation product area end-to-end • Drive improvements to player engagement, offer effectiveness, and revenue growth • Set direction for the monetisation team and own the product roadmap • Represent the squad in senior stakeholder forums • Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners • Drive player lifetime value through engagement loops, coin packages, offer mechanics, and purchase strategies • Use player segmentation and purchasing behaviour insights to prioritise product work • Collaborate on CRM strategy to increase purchase frequency • Build prototypes and MVPs using Cursor, Claude, and Lovable • Coach the team on AI-assisted product development • Translate revenue targets and commercial plans into product requirements • Build relationships across CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering • Maintain clear monetisation KPIs and ensure team alignment on optimisation goals

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record owning and growing monetisation or revenue-generating product areas • Demonstrated squad leadership skills • Experience in social casino, free-to-play gaming, or comparable consumer products • Experience with virtual currency and in-app purchase mechanics • Deep understanding of player spending psychology and offer design • Fluency in ARPU, conversion rates, and LTV KPIs • Ability to use AI coding assistants to build working prototypes and internal tools • Strong prompting and output evaluation skills • Comfortable using BI tools to pull and interpret data independently • Clear, confident communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders • Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information
