📋 Description

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services solving customer problems • Participate in product problem discovery and solution creation with Product Managers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements • Enhance team output by improving functionality and proactively addressing technical debt • Contribute to improved collaboration and communication • Influence the product roadmap and build technology powering bunch’s private-markets fund operations platform

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for technology, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic • Proficient in backend development with TypeScript or another strongly typed language • Proficiency with SQL databases • Experience with Nest.js or similar web/dependency management frameworks such as Spring Boot • Strong understanding of system design principles, scalability, and performance tuning • 5+ years of professional experience building backend systems in fast-paced environments • Experience with fintech, highly regulated industries, or document processing is a plus • Legal right to work in Brazil • Currently residing in São Paulo
