📋 Description

• Define the technology vision and priorities in alignment with the company’s strategy. • Lead a Tech organization of approximately 25 people, structured across multiple teams and Tech Leads. • Manage teams and their leaders, fostering a clear culture of performance, feedback, and accountability. • Evolve development methods to make greater use of the opportunities offered by AI and automation. • Contribute to product and business discussions beyond purely technological considerations. • Structure the growth of the Tech organization and support the development of new areas of expertise, particularly around the platform and cybersecurity. • Oversee the Tech function’s objectives and budget. • Actively participate in the executive committee and the company’s strategic decisions. • Own the technology strategy and evolve the Tech organization. • Drive the adoption of AI-related practices to increase productivity and accelerate product development. • Report to the CEO and serve as a member of the executive committee.

🎯 Requirements

• You have previously held a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior Tech leadership role with significant management and strategic responsibilities. • You have worked in a SaaS startup or scale-up environment that has faced significant growth and scaling challenges. • You are capable of leading a Tech organization comprising multiple teams and managers. • You approach technology from a business and product perspective, not solely through the lens of architecture or engineering. • You are comfortable with a demanding management culture focused on objectives, performance evaluation, feedback, and accountability. • You have an advanced understanding of current AI-driven transformations in software development and can support their adoption across an organization. • You know how to work in a highly autonomous and distributed environment, using communication methods suited to remote work. • You are professionally proficient in French and English. • No specific academic background or school is required. • Experience in a SaaS company that has already reached significant scale is a plus. • Experience in an international environment is a plus. • Experience in a multi-product organization is a plus. • Exposure to platform or cybersecurity challenges is a plus. • Entrepreneurial experience or experience building products from zero to one is a plus.
