📋 Description

• Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents • Gather essential information regarding accidents and potential legal representation needs • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism during client interactions • Explain legal processes and procedures to clients • Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries • Collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys in evaluating cases • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Navigate and update electronic systems while engaging with clients by phone • Prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards • Organize and update client information for legal professionals • Use Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data • Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression • Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Some college coursework preferred • Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with case management software is a plus • Genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor • Ability to work 7:00AM to 4:00PM or 10:30AM to 7:30PM Central Time
