• Define and implement Market Access strategies supporting access to BeOne Medicines’ therapeutic areas, pipeline and portfolio at regional and hospital level • Demonstrate the clinical, economic, organizational and societal value of BeOne Medicines’ portfolio within the regional healthcare environment • Manage and maintain institutional relationships with Regional Health Administrations, decision-makers, evaluators, influencers, advisers and hospital stakeholders • Represent the company’s therapeutic areas and portfolio priorities as a compliant, evidence-based and system-oriented institutional interlocutor • Support regional and hospital introduction of therapeutic areas, pipeline and portfolio priorities • Lead tenders, negotiated procedures, offers and negotiations with purchasing centers and regional framework agreements • Guide development and customization of pharmaco-economic data, cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models • Establish and maintain relationships with Regional Health Authorities, Medical Societies, Scientific Institutions, Procurement bodies, Payers and C-Suite stakeholders • Communicate local health-policy changes, trends and competitor Patient Access activities to the cross-functional team • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and code of conduct • Report directly to the Associate Director Field Market Access and Tender Operations Lead
• Bachelor of Science, master’s in science or business • 5 or more years in a position in the pharmaceutical industry with dialogue with Regional Health Administrations and local organizations • In-depth knowledge of the national and regional health system • Knowledge and leadership of relationships with key stakeholders for the pharmaceutical industry at all levels within the Health Organizations • Deep scientific knowledge and ability to defend and value clinical aspects in the therapeutic areas of responsibility • Demonstrated success in drug launching in the regional and hospital market • Demonstrated experience negotiating drug pricing and reimbursement conditions with public administrations and health authorities at Regional and Hospital level • Holistic and strategic vision • Persuasive communication with high presentation skills • Italian native and good English • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with data analysis tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and market access processes • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
