• Deliver high-quality, accurate and non-promotional scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders • Develop and execute tactics for communicating complex scientific information to the healthcare community • Provide scientific communication on BeOne’s pipeline products and indications in development • Facilitate responses to unsolicited requests for medical information • Present clinical, development and publication data on BeOne products during field engagements and scientific meetings • Support, attend and follow up on scientific congresses and events • Support booth duty, session coverage, insight gathering and omnichannel initiatives • Identify, map, develop and maintain engagement plans for medical experts and institutional networks • Establish and maintain professional relationships with HCPs and cooperative groups • Propose, initiate, implement and monitor scientific partnerships for key clinical sites and hospitals • Participate in planning and execution of medical events, congresses and advisory boards • Identify and verify investigators and clinical sites for company-sponsored clinical trials • Monitor developments in the therapeutic area and standards of care • Participate in site feasibility assessments, clinical-trial-site planning, onboarding and follow-up • Serve as primary territory liaison for Investigator Sponsored Research proposals from submission through publication • Collect, analyze and communicate field-based medical insights • Provide scientific input and feedback for medical affairs strategies • Identify unmet medical needs and emerging trends • Plan, organize and chair local medical meetings • Collaborate with European and Global Medical Affairs teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Provide scientific and medical expertise to cross-functional teams • Organize local scientific events, review literature and deliver scientific training and medical updates to the Field Sales Force • Develop and execute a medical plan to meet shared objectives
• MD, PhD or PharmD with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, or Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years’ experience • Proven track record in the Pharmaceutical Industry, ideally with relevant clinical, scientific and/or medical affairs experience in the relevant therapeutic area • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities • Deep understanding of the relevant therapeutic area landscape and local market dynamics • In-depth understanding of disease states, differential algorithms for treatment decisions, treatment guidelines, compliance standards, and local/regional regulatory requirements • Ability to identify and address unmet medical, educational and research needs within the medical community • Proven ability to translate scientific and clinical data into actionable medical insights • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage projects and/or colleagues in successful implementation of business-critical projects • Ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic and global environment • Strong time management and organizational skills • Advanced scientific or clinical degree is mandatory • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Experienced with electronic CRM systems • Fluency in both verbal and written English and local language necessary • A valid driving license is required • Field-based role with significant travel expected within the assigned area (50-60%)
