📋 Description

• Build, evolve, and industrialize AI agents, ensuring scalability, security, governance, and observability • Develop components and capabilities for the enterprise Generative AI platform • Design agent architectures, intelligent workflows, and LLM-based solutions • Develop prompting, evaluation, and agent optimization strategies for different use cases • Integrate agents and applications with APIs, internal systems, and enterprise tools • Lead proofs of concept, pilots, and AI initiatives through production implementation • Identify opportunities to automate and transform processes through Generative AI • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to accelerate AI adoption and value generation

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM-based applications • Knowledge of agent frameworks and ecosystems, such as ADK, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, and similar technologies • Fluency in the Google Cloud ecosystem, including Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, and related services • Knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, model evaluation, prompt engineering, memory, tools, and agent orchestration • Experience integrating APIs, events, microservices, and distributed architectures • Knowledge of software engineering applied to the development of AI solutions • Experience with LLMOps, AgentOps, observability, and governance practices for AI applications • Ability to work across the full lifecycle, from experimentation through production operations
