📋 Description

• Design and implement the compliance framework for global fiat on-ramp and off-ramp payment solutions • Build compliant, scalable models integrating traditional payment infrastructures and crypto-stablecoin settlement mechanisms • Develop and implement compliance frameworks for fiat on/off-ramp and payment products aligned with EU, LATAM, and MENA regulatory requirements • Design compliance-ready payment and settlement models combining stablecoins with traditional financial systems • Build and maintain policies, business models, SOPs, and risk assessment frameworks supporting product launches and ongoing operations • Support and coordinate EMI, PSP, SVF, CASP, MiCAR, or equivalent license applications • Prepare operational, compliance, and product-related documentation for regulatory filings • Work with legal and compliance counsel to ensure filings meet jurisdictional standards • Liaise with regulators and external legal advisors on cross-border settlements and stablecoin integration • Advise product, engineering, and operations teams on compliance implications of new features • Structure partnerships with banks, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and payment networks • Establish secure and auditable fund flow designs covering KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and reporting • Design cross-border payment settlement solutions, including hybrid crypto-fiat systems • Develop region-specific compliance solutions for EU, LATAM, and MENA regulatory, banking, and FX environments • Create global policy templates and partner onboarding guidelines for consistent compliance execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5~10 years of professional experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory operations within payments, fintech, or crypto industries • Proven track record of building or scaling compliance frameworks for global payment solutions or financial institutions • Experience engaging with regulators and supporting license applications (EMI, PSP, SVF, CASP, MiCAR, etc.) across multiple jurisdictions • Strong understanding of fiat payment infrastructures, including card settlement, bank transfers, and e-money frameworks • Familiarity with crypto compliance frameworks, including VASP, stablecoin, and blockchain-based financial products • Hands-on experience designing payment fund flows, operational policies, and internal control systems • Deep knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and risk reporting requirements • Direct working experience in one or more of the EU, LATAM, or MENA regions • Familiarity with MiCAR, PSD2, or MiFID frameworks for EU exposure • Understanding of local payment ecosystems such as PIX and SPEI and crypto compliance approaches for LATAM exposure • Awareness of regional PSP/SVF frameworks and stablecoin regulatory approaches for MENA exposure • Ability to balance compliance rigor with business agility • Ability to collaborate with product, legal, engineering, and BD teams • Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex regulatory ideas clearly • High integrity, analytical mindset, and global outlook toward compliance innovation
