📋 Description

• Answer patient inquiries about Winona’s products and services via text message, email, and phone • Make inbound and outbound calls to address questions and concerns • Deliver information about Winona’s offerings • Ensure patient satisfaction and maintain professional patient support • Handle patient complaints and identify appropriate responses and strategies to resolve issues quickly • Keep records of patient interactions, process patient accounts, and file documents • Assist doctors with requests concerning specific patient issues and questions • Provide excellent service to internal department teams and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service experience in a remote environment • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • English proficiency at C1 or C2 • Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, email applications, and other computer basics • Experience with Slack, JustCall, Intercom, Stripe, Calendly, and Google Suite is a plus • Ability to manage several work platforms at once • Strong ability to manage time and work priorities with minimal direction • Experience in the healthcare or medical field is a plus • Personal computer and reliable internet connection required for remote work • Availability to work Thursday–Monday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM EST • Training availability Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM EST for the first two weeks • Full-time independent contractor
