The platform combines an easy data-driven questionnaire, visual dashboards, compliance reporting, and ESG maturity tools, and it is used by in-house sustainability teams, advisers, and portfolio managers; C-MORE also provides complementary consulting services.

📋 Description

• Own the full technical architecture and long-term technology strategy • Lead the transformation from SaaS to AI-native platform • Ensure delivery excellence with strict adherence to timelines • Oversee engineering, AI, data engineering, DevOps, and security • Meet clients, communicate complex technical ideas clearly • Build, scale, and mentor high-performance teams • Work closely with CEO & leadership, but also Head of Engineering and Head of AI

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in engineering/AI/data • 3+ years in leadership • Strong experience in cloud-native architecture • Expertise in LLMs, RAG, ML systems, Python • Understanding data flow from getting data from client, storing it into database, to being used by AI • Proven track record of meeting deadlines with precision • Strong communication and leadership skills.
