• New Business Development (≈70%) • Build and own the Iberia pipeline from near zero to a scalable revenue engine • Identify, segment, and close enterprise opportunities in Spain and Portugal • Lead the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing • Engage and influence C-level stakeholders in key industries • Position C‑MORE as a strategic solution for ESG, risk and performance • Key Account Management (≈30%) • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Iberian clients • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders • Act as a strategic advisor aligned with clients' priorities • Market Building & Strategy • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Iberia • Provide continuous feedback on market needs, messaging and positioning • Represent C‑MORE in ecosystems, events and strategic conversations
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, data, ESG or similar) • Strong hunter profile with proven ability to generate and close new business • Experience building or scaling a market/territory from near zero • Track record of closing high-value enterprise deals • Ability to sell through education, insights and consultative approaches • Experience managing and expanding strategic accounts • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders • Deep understanding of the Iberian market (Spain and Portugal) • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English (required) • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
