📋 Description

• Manage daily trust accounting activities in compliance with state-based trust accounting regulations. • Process receipts, payments, reconciliations, and adjustments accurately and on time. • Prepare monthly trust account reconciliations and statutory reports. • Monitor trust transactions and ensure all entries are compliant and properly documented. • Resolve discrepancies and liaise with property managers and stakeholders where needed. • Support audits and provide required documentation promptly. • Maintain accurate financial records within PropertyMe and VaultRE.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Trust Accountant in the real estate industry. • Strong knowledge of Australian real estate trust accounting legislation and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in PropertyMe and VaultRE is essential. • High level of accuracy, time management, and financial discipline. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related discipline.
