📋 Description

• Plan and execute complete outbound lead generation campaigns for multiple clients using automation and engagement platforms • Write personalized, AI-enhanced outreach messages that resonate with decision-makers and build relationships • Research, identify, and qualify high-value prospects across different industries and segments • Maintain and clean lead databases for accuracy, segmentation, and performance tracking • Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other platforms) to increase engagement and conversions • Monitor results, analyze metrics, and continuously refine strategy to improve outcomes • Collaborate with clients to understand their audience, value proposition, and goals • Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in outbound sales and AI-driven marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in outbound sales, business development, or marketing with proven lead generation results • Experience with sales automation, data enrichment, and cold outreach strategies • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Analytical and detail-oriented approach to managing campaigns • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with clients and teams
