📋 Description

• Create high-quality marketing assets for digital and print campaigns • Design graphics for websites, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, presentations, brochures, direct mail, posters, and other marketing collateral • Develop creative concepts while adhering to established brand guidelines • Prepare production-ready files for digital and print applications • Design and update email campaigns within marketing or CMS platforms when required • Export, organize, and maintain design files following internal file management standards • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback and deliver projects on schedule • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all creative deliverables • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital, and print design • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout principles • Solid knowledge of print production, digital design standards, color spaces, image resolution, and file preparation • Experience using Google Workspace or similar cloud collaboration tools • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently • Comfortable collaborating in a remote team environment • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during 9:00am - 6:00 PM Central Time, North American business hours • Preferred: Experience with Figma • Preferred: Motion graphics, animation, or basic video editing skills • Preferred: Experience creating social media content and digital advertising assets • Preferred: Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CMS tools • Preferred: Experience updating website content through content management systems • Preferred: Understanding of current digital marketing and social media design trends
