📋 Description

• Oversee and manage designers and developers working on new Shopify projects and ongoing support tasks, ensuring optimal functionality and design excellence • Lead teams working on new WordPress websites and ongoing updates or support, ensuring seamless user experiences • Coordinate email and text marketing initiatives, driving client engagement and campaign success • Supervise branding efforts, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals • Develop and maintain clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes • Act as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards • Stay updated with industry trends and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction
