📋 Description

• Configure and develop AEP components, including schemas, datasets, dataflows, identities, profiles, audiences, destinations, and related platform objects, based on approved designs. • Support source and destination integrations using Adobe-supported connectors, APIs, batch files, and streaming patterns. • Create and maintain audience definitions, segmentation logic, activation flows, and validation checks in Real-Time CDP. • Configure and test journeys, events, audiences, decision inputs, channel actions, and supporting data mappings in AJO, as assigned. • Prepare technical mappings, configuration documentation, test evidence, deployment notes, and operational handover materials. • Execute unit, integration, and regression testing; investigate defects, data quality issues, dataflow failures, and journey execution problems. • Follow established standards for architecture, privacy, governance, naming, security, Git, and release management. • Collaborate with senior developers, architects, product stakeholders, and U.S.-based team members during Eastern Time (ET) business hours, including limited support for major releases.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring or developing in Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM schemas, datasets, ingestion, identities, profiles, and audiences. • Professional experience with at least one of Adobe Real-Time CDP or Adobe Journey Optimizer, with the ability to learn and work with both. • Understanding of customer data, segmentation, activation, consent, data quality, and fundamental integration patterns. • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL or similar query languages, data mapping, and structured troubleshooting. • Ability to test configurations, document work, follow technical standards, and contribute to Git-based delivery practices. • Typically 2–5 years of experience in MarTech, customer data, marketing automation, integration, software development, or related platform delivery. • At least one hands-on implementation or enhancement experience involving AEP, Real-Time CDP, AJO, or a closely related customer data platform. • Experience working in a structured delivery team with technical leadership, backlog prioritization, testing, and release processes. • Hands-on implementation experience is required. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing Technology, Data, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience. • Professional fluency in English and experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
