📋 Description

• Build complete features using Claude Code and Cursor, from understanding the business need through to a working delivery • Enhance the CRM that powers the sales engine, adjusting pipelines, proposals, and screens to meet business needs • Maintain and improve systems built by others, fixing issues without disrupting operations • Connect internal systems and integrate digital channels such as WhatsApp and marketing tools • Turn meetings and transcripts into clear specifications before development begins • Submit all code to the security pipeline before publication • Move prototypes into production only after proper validation

🎯 Requirements

• Build functional applications using AI-powered development tools, with real users actively using what you create • Ability to read and understand AI-generated code well enough to critique it, refine the prompt, and recognize when the result is not good enough • Integrate systems through APIs, even when guided by AI, while understanding what is being connected and why • Maintain systems in active use, including experience responding when something breaks and resolving the issue • Preferred: experience working with commercial, marketing, legal, or finance teams • Preferred: experience structuring informal requests and requirements • Preferred: experience working with databases, including table modeling and queries • Preferred: familiarity with information security concepts and sensitive data
