📋 Description

• Develop and maintain data engineering pipelines on Azure and Databricks platforms across all areas of the company • Gather and analyze business requirements with different areas of the organization, proposing technical data solutions • Perform testing and validation of pipelines and data systems in medium- and high-complexity projects • Monitor the performance of cloud-based big data systems and identify optimization opportunities • Support the implementation of data quality, security, privacy, and governance practices • Participate in corporate data solution migration and implementation projects • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for pipelines, processes, and data solutions • Troubleshoot and support the resolution of technical issues in data systems • Support less experienced professionals and other departments on data engineering matters • Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to present solutions, clarify technical requirements, and track project progress

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the field • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipelines • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure • Experience with SQL and Python • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and PySpark • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lake • Knowledge of data pipeline development and maintenance • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases • Knowledge of big data fundamentals and distributed processing • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Knowledge of version control using Git • Knowledge of data governance concepts and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) • Knowledge of business requirements gathering and analysis • Knowledge of technical documentation • Clear and objective communication • Teamwork and collaboration • Results- and quality-oriented mindset • Adaptability and continuous learning • Organization and time management
