📋 Description

• Lead the technical design and hands-on implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) capabilities, including data ingestion, modeling, identity, profile, audience, and activation components. • Design and develop integrations between AEP and enterprise source, analytics, marketing, and activation platforms using supported batch, streaming, API, and connector patterns. • Translate business, data, security, privacy, and performance requirements into solution designs, configuration decisions, technical specifications, and implementation tasks. • Define and apply standards for schemas, datasets, namespaces, identity resolution, profile enablement, data quality, governance, monitoring, and error handling. • Collaborate with the assigned architect and development lead to assess dependencies, resolve complex technical issues, and align implementations with the broader Adobe architecture and delivery roadmap. • Provide technical guidance, design reviews, and mentoring to junior- and mid-level developers working with AEP, Real-Time CDP, and AJO, while retaining accountability for assigned hands-on deliverables. • Support code reviews, testing, deployment readiness, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and controlled promotion across development, test, and production environments. • Collaborate during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours and provide limited release support when needed for major deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience implementing Adobe Experience Platform, including Experience Data Model (XDM), schemas, datasets, data ingestion, identities, Real-Time Customer Profile, audiences, destinations, and data governance. • Experience designing and building integrations with AEP using APIs, SDKs, connectors, and batch and real-time streaming ingestion patterns. • Practical knowledge of Adobe Real-Time CDP and at least one related capability, such as Adobe Journey Optimizer or Customer Journey Analytics. • Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, consent and privacy controls, data quality, observability, and secure integration practices. • Ability to produce solution designs, data mappings, interface specifications, implementation documentation, and technical troubleshooting guidance. • Proficiency in Git-based development practices, testing, release controls, and collaborative delivery within an established engineering team. • Typically, more than 7 years of experience delivering enterprise data, MarTech, integration, or customer experience platform solutions, including significant hands-on AEP implementation experience. • Proven experience leading technical workstreams or serving as a senior developer/integration specialist on complex, multi-team implementations. • Experience collaborating with architects, Product Owners, development leads, data engineers, security and privacy stakeholders, and geographically distributed teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
