📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the Design System team, focusing on increasing the productivity of Product teams and ensuring a consistent experience across web and mobile platforms • Drive high adoption of the Design System, from design to code, across Figma, React, and Flutter • Define and organize releases, maintaining a healthy cadence between Product teams’ needs and the Design System’s design and frontend workflows • Ensure that InnerSource contributions happen smoothly, within clear governance shared by Product and Design System teams and aligned with design and engineering quality standards • Develop components, templates, and architectural enhancements for the Design System together with the team, and define standards in partnership with designers and frontend engineers • Create and maintain documentation to enable Product teams to adopt and contribute independently • Serve as a technical reference for frontend development, act as a focal point for communication with other areas, and identify emerging needs with Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering, frontend development, and Design Systems • Hands-on experience with design tokens and theming to ensure UI consistency • Proven experience building and maintaining shared component and template libraries and Design Systems at scale • Strong proficiency in React and Flutter, with a solid foundation in each ecosystem’s technologies • Proficiency in Storybook (React) and Widgetbook (Flutter) for component documentation and testing • Solid knowledge of web and mobile platform standards and accessibility • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to teams from diverse backgrounds
