📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the Design System team, focusing on increasing the productivity of Product teams and ensuring a consistent experience across web and mobile platforms • Drive high adoption of the Design System, from design to code, across Figma, React, and Flutter • Define and organize releases, maintaining a healthy cadence between Product teams’ needs and the Design System’s design and frontend workflows • Ensure that InnerSource contributions happen smoothly, within clear governance shared between Product and Design System teams and in accordance with design and engineering quality standards • Develop components, templates, and architectural improvements for the Design System together with the team, and define standards in partnership with designers and frontend developers • Create and maintain documentation to enable autonomous adoption and contribution by Product teams • Serve as a technical reference for frontend development, acting as the focal point for communication with other departments and identifying new needs with Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering, frontend development, and Design Systems • Hands-on experience with design tokens and themes to ensure UI consistency • Proven experience building and maintaining shared component and template libraries and Design Systems at scale • Strong proficiency in React and Flutter, with a solid foundation in the technologies within each ecosystem • Proficiency in Storybook (React) and Widgetbook (Flutter) for component documentation and testing • Solid knowledge of web and mobile platform standards and accessibility • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to teams from different backgrounds
