📋 Description

• Translate business objectives and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) with support from the team • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals • Iterate design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides in collaboration with the team • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices • Clearly articulate design rationale and facilitate design reviews • Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in UX Design or similar roles • Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing • Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs • Ability to work with clients and address their needs • Excellent communication and organizational skills
