📋 Description

• Translate business objectives and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, with support from the team • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business objectives • Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, analysis, and stakeholder input • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides in collaboration with the team • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices • Clearly articulate design rationale and facilitate design reviews • Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices • Support clients and address their needs

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in UX design or similar roles • Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing • Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs • Ability to support clients and address their needs • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong knowledge of user-centered design and interaction design principles • Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects and the design process • A degree in progress or completed degree is preferred
