📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of back-end applications using modern technologies, with a focus on maintainability, scalability, best practices, and an excellent end-user experience • Actively participate in decisions regarding architecture, technologies, standards, and programming best practices • Help drive continuous improvements to the development process • Support the recruitment and selection of development professionals and candidates in related areas • Prevent and anticipate potential technical issues and propose improvements • Review code produced by the team

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Back-End Developer • Strong experience in back-end development and architecture design • Computer science fundamentals • Functional programming practices • Experience developing and consuming APIs (GraphQL or REST) • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases • Experience with asynchronous messaging (Kafka, Azure, RabbitMQ) • Knowledge of telemetry and monitoring (Datadog) • Nice to have: knowledge of Kotlin, Java (or other JVM languages), and C# • Nice to have: experience with and practical knowledge of TDD • Nice to have: API documentation (Swagger, OpenAPI) • Nice to have: REST API best practices, SOLID, and DRY • Nice to have: hexagonal architecture • Nice to have: Datadog or another monitoring tool • Nice to have: Docker • Nice to have: Kubernetes • Nice to have: relational or non-relational databases • Nice to have: AWS • Nice to have: GitHub Actions • Soft skills: commitment to learning every day, ability to work independently, interpersonal skills, end-to-end thinking, resilience, and adaptability
