📋 Description

• Create and deliver on-demand and live virtual training that simplifies complex software concepts into clear, user-friendly learning experiences • Manage the onboarding program for Candescent’s Client Care team, including delivering live virtual sessions and coordinating with Care managers • Create and deliver on-demand and live webinars on soft skills essential for Client Care’s success • Design and develop self-paced on-demand courses, videos, job aids, and occasional live webinars; record courses and videos • Develop assessment tools such as tests to evaluate participant comprehension • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to train business and software concepts • Manage multiple projects, work independently, perform under pressure, and deliver high-quality results on time • Work with subject matter experts to determine training content and scope • Incorporate audience analysis, job tasks, storyboards, flowcharts, performance objectives, testing strategies, and learning activities into instructional design • Use AI where appropriate in the design and development process • Participate in internal material reviews before broadly distributing new learning content • Continuously evaluate, enhance, and improve training materials • Innovate processes, tools, and training design • Contribute to departmental templates and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; instructional design, business, communications, or related field preferred • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as an instructional designer focused on eLearning required • Experience in the software industry preferred • Thorough understanding of instructional design and adult learning theory, strategies, and techniques • Native proficiency in both written and spoken English • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Copilot, Camtasia, Snagit, Microsoft Office Suite, and online collaboration software such as Teams or equivalent • Proficiency using AI to design training courses and in everyday work • Excellent project management skills • Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, and deliver results on time • Excellent verbal, writing, and composition skills • Solid research, interviewing, and technical skills • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse learning audiences • Ability to work 2 pm–10 pm
