📋 Description

• Build AI strategy frameworks and define AI use cases • Create Agentic AI Center of Excellence target operating models • Conduct AI maturity assessments and create prioritized transformation roadmaps with business-case mapping • Identify process-automation opportunities using Agentic AI and define measurable success criteria • Participate in GenAI/Agentic AI accelerators and proofs of concept for pre-sales and business development • Define AI observability standards covering decision traceability, hallucination control, and data lineage • Identify, assess, and solve client business problems using data-driven approaches to derive AI adoption strategies • Own or support end-to-end AI use-case delivery from discovery workshops through execution for clients and senior leadership • Support or lead RFP/RFI opportunity development, proposal writing, pricing, and use-case presentations • Advise IT and business stakeholders on data-stack evolution and strategic investment in an Agentic AI landscape • Serve as a point of contact for global master data management with cross-functional and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience building AI strategy frameworks, defining use cases, creating Agentic AI COE target operating models, conducting assessments, and creating roadmaps • Minimum 10–15+ years of proven experience in techno-functional pre-sales, solutioning, and business development, plus 8+ years working on AI-related strategic programs • Experience in AI strategy consulting, including AI advisory, GenAI/Agentic AI use-case identification, AI maturity assessment frameworks, AI COE operating models, product roadmaps, and functional-readiness documents • Moderate understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality principles, and master data management concepts • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodology • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong presentation skills and proposal-crafting experience for sales opportunities • Intermediate/strong functional knowledge of GenAI/Agentic AI and enterprise LLM applications, RAG concepts, and agentic AI workflows • Working knowledge of Agentic AI architecture, risk, and governance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey business value to senior stakeholders • Ability to engage with operational and technical leaders on domain-specific AI value creation • Experience in extensive secondary market research and asset creation, such as points of view and thought leadership • Strong analytical skills for working with unstructured datasets • Successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field • Experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, healthcare, or retail is an advantage • Tier 1/2 MBA preferred
