📋 Description

• Participate with a top automotive-industry client in defining and maintaining embedded software/system development processes • Apply ASPICE to embedded software and system development processes • Translate process change requests into clear, compliant, and deployable process definitions • Create and update development processes, standards, operating procedures, process flows, requirements, SOPs, and lifecycle definitions • Define process flows, roles and responsibilities, required work products, and entry/exit criteria • Support engineering teams with practical, compliant, and deployable processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Automotive Design, Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent • ASPICE expertise applying ASPICE to real production projects, including process framework and mapping requirements and expectations to development processes • Expertise in process management, including creating and updating development processes, standards, operating procedures, process flows, and requirements • Previous experience as an Embedded Software Developer • Advanced understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Process definition and authoring experience • Ability to write clear, structured process requirements, including “Shall / should” statements, role responsibilities, and required templates • Ability to ensure processes are clear, unambiguous, compliant with standards, practical, and deployable for engineering teams • Hands-on experience creating or updating development processes, standards, SOPs, and lifecycle definitions • Ability to translate ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity standards and models into clear process flows, defined roles and responsibilities, required work products, and entry/exit criteria • Working knowledge of ALM tools; Atlassian and IBM DOORS preferred • Advanced English communication skills
