📋 Description

• Manage complex IT transformation programs across all project phases — from proposal support to handover to operations. • Coordinate internal and external units, ensure timely delivery, and integrate cross-cutting functions such as finance, risk, change and contract management, and IT security. • Lead the program team and report regularly to the client’s and Capgemini’s senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading global infrastructure projects and large (international) project teams. • Experience leading cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). • Preferably experience in management consulting. • Strong facilitation and presentation skills at management level. • Willingness to travel and excellent communication skills in German and English. • Project management certification preferred (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, etc.).
