🎯 Requirements

• Mehrjährige Berufs-, Sales- und Projekterfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung • Fokussierung auf Programm-, Portfolio- und Projektmanagement, sowohl klassisch als auch agil • Erfahrung im Aufsetzen und Steuern von Projekt- und Innovationsprozessen • Zukünftige Denkweise, Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams • Nachweisbare Sales- und Presales-Fähigkeiten • Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Methodenkenntnisse in Moderation und Teamentwicklung • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Reisebereitschaft als Berater • Relevante Zertifizierungen (z.B. Systemischer Coach, LessPractitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Prince2) von Vorteil
