📋 Description

• Own and manage technical planning and execution of customer projects, including greenfield, swap, migration and software upgrade projects • Prepare end-to-end high-level technical delivery plans for solutions • Identify products/applications and local third-party hardware/software requirements • Ensure adherence to the Scope of Work across technical domains • Help ensure feature specifications align with the defined reference architecture • Manage Domain Technical Managers and Architects • Own, resolve, report and escalate technical issues • Serve as the main customer technical interface • Provide technical support to the Project Manager • Interface with R&D

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must be located in Ukraine • Appropriate work permits for Ukraine • People Management • Time Management • Written and verbal communication • Problem Solving • Conflict Resolution • Negotiation • Report writing • Technical skillsets in telecommunications • Fluent written and spoken English • 10+ years’ experience in Telecommunications, either with Operator or Provider • 5+ years’ experience with Nokia products and solutions • 5+ years in a technical management position focused on Packet Core, IMS or SDM • Project Management qualification • General E2E knowledge of 3GPP, 5G networks, call flows and interfaces within a Telecoms network • Specific knowledge of several Nokia or equivalent operator solutions, including CMG, CMM, NRD, CFX, NTAS, A-SBC, I-SBC, MRF, MGW, bMSS and/or vMSS • Higher Education (BA, BSc, BEng, MA, MSc, MEng, PhD or equivalent)
