📋 Description
• Lead the D365 Finance and Operations team across Australia and New Zealand • Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture • Develop team capabilities and promote continuous learning • Grow the D365 F&O business in the ANZ market • Engage with clients, Microsoft, and partners to identify opportunities and expand market presence • Provide strategic leadership and governance for D365 F&O implementations and transformations • Oversee solution design, implementation, and optimisation • Advise clients on business needs, best practices, and effective D365 F&O solutions • Apply ERP transformation expertise to scope definition, delivery approach, resourcing strategy, and risk identification • Ensure delivery excellence and adherence to enterprise ERP standards • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and functional consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget
🎯 Requirements
• Proven ability to lead an ERP delivery team • Extensive hands-on experience overseeing ERP implementations • Specific experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations highly desirable • Strong pedigree and demonstrated experience in the Australian and New Zealand market • Strong understanding of ERP transformation and delivery governance • Experience in the Microsoft Partner channel highly desirable • Proven track record of growing a business and acting as a market maker • Ability to leverage a professional network and personal brand • Minimum 10 years of experience leading D365 F&O projects or teams
