📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and managed services engagements • Ensure delivery excellence across Application Development, Cloud, Data, AI, Integration, and Digital Experience programs • Drive program governance, quality assurance, risk management, and operational performance • Lead multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams across Australia and offshore locations • Act as senior trusted advisor for client executives • Lead Steering Committee and Executive Governance meetings • Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and business outcomes • Drive customer satisfaction and relationship growth • Own portfolio P&L, revenue, margin, and forecasting • Drive productivity improvements and cost optimization • Monitor commercial obligations, contracts, SOWs, and change requests • Lead delivery managers, project managers, architects, and engineering teams • Drive talent strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development • Build high-performing teams focused on delivery excellence • Lead adoption of Cloud, Data, AI/GenAI, Automation, and Modern Engineering practices • Partner with clients to define transformation roadmaps and business value realization • Promote innovation and delivery-led sales opportunities • Ensure adherence to governance, security, privacy, regulatory, and contractual requirements • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in IT Services, Digital Transformation, Application Development, Cloud, Data, and Delivery Management • Financial Services domain expertise • Experience working in a global, matrix, onshore and offshore delivery model • Ideally based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane • Full Australian work rights
