📋 Description

• Take responsibility for strategic ERP Cloud transformation programs for major national and international groups • Define the overall strategy for Oracle Cloud ERP programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology choices • Lead program governance and support executive sponsors in decision-making • Oversee planning, budget tracking, risk management, quality, and contractual commitments • Coordinate all stakeholders, from business teams to partners and software vendors • Support project teams throughout the program lifecycle, from design through solution go-live • Contribute to the development of the Oracle Cloud business through presales activities, responses to RFPs, and the evolution of service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• At least ten years of experience leading complex ERP programs, including several years working with Oracle Cloud • Experience in international environments • Fluent communication skills in French and English • Strong command of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions • Good understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Human Resources processes • Recognized expertise in governance, budget management, risk management, and business transformation • Ability to unite and lead multidisciplinary teams • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and Executive Committee members
