📋 Description

• Develop cloud-native components in Go, including APIs, Kubernetes operators, and controllers • Design and evolve large-scale Kubernetes platforms • Drive GitOps and Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform/OpenTofu, Helm, and ArgoCD • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of production environments • Define technical standards and promote DevOps and SRE best practices • Support teams through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and technical architectures • Serve as a technical point of reference for teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Native environment • Expertise in Go and Kubernetes • Strong experience with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and production operations • Good command of Terraform/OpenTofu, Helm, ArgoCD/Flux, Linux, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK • Experience leading technical initiatives, supporting teams, or serving as a technical point of reference • Fluent professional English
