📋 Description

• Create Packet Core domain project delivery schedules • Support the Project Manager with project schedules and resource management plans • Define required resources and align resource demand with DDM and TDL • Initiate, create, and deliver project technical documents • Deliver Packet Core design documents according to customer and project requirements • Deliver Packet Core technical project scope, including network function deployment, integration, upgrades, acceptance testing, and system performance evaluation • Consult project stakeholders on Packet Core technical questions • Define Packet Core software implementation strategy and network element installation sequence • Define requirements for new software features and coordinate with R&D and Product Managers • Manage technical project risks • Define and implement tools, including automation tools, to improve project execution • Manage the Packet Core technical team, assign tasks, and control execution • Schedule and facilitate regular technical project meetings and report status, issues, and plans • Ensure quality of technical processes and procedures, including customer network interventions and rehearsal testing • Provide root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions for failed interventions or outages • Manage, consolidate, prioritize, and escalate tickets toward Salesforce, 4LS, and R&D • Lead upgrade project kickoff calls and discuss requirements, deliverables, exclusions, traffic migration, and maintenance windows • Define Packet Core software upgrade strategy and target software versions • Study technical documents, release notes, and compatibility matrices • Create customer upgrade assessment documents • Assign network elements for upgrades • Coordinate maintenance windows with customer and internal stakeholders • Make decisions on EME calls and relevant escalations • Coordinate technical delivery communications with customers and stakeholders • Report weekly project updates to management • Complete project care handover • Contribute to improving the SCD Delivery Quality KPI

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must be located in Ukraine • Appropriate work permits required • Experience level: Experienced Professionals • Knowledge of Packet Core domain and mobile, fixed, and cloud networks • Experience with Packet Core network functions deployment, integration, upgrade, acceptance testing, and system performance evaluation • Ability to define Packet Core software implementation and upgrade strategies • Ability to manage technical project risks and technical teams • Ability to coordinate customer and internal stakeholders • Ability to manage tickets, escalations, maintenance windows, and upgrade execution • Ability to create and deliver technical and design documents • Ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions • Ability to use or define automation tools and improve project execution effectiveness
