📋 Description

• Design and build efficient, scalable data pipelines using Fabric, Databricks, Apache Spark, and Azure • Develop secure, scalable data lakehouses and warehouses, including data models and quality frameworks • Build and deploy AI/ML models using Databricks ML and Azure ML • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and business outcomes • Lead and inspire a team of 5–10 consultants • Conduct regular 1:1s supporting team members’ career goals, growth paths, and wellbeing • Participate in the AI & Data Engineering leadership team, influencing strategy and team culture • Minimize administrative tasks to prioritize people and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Data Engineering • Proven expertise in Azure, Databricks, Apache Spark, and modern data pipeline development • Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory • Proficiency in SQL • Scripting skills in Python • Practical familiarity with AI/ML tools and concepts • Identity verification through inspection of an ID card • Background checks may be carried out as required
