• Lead discovery and process-design workshops across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, service and IT stakeholders • Define future-state PLM processes covering requirements traceability, product structures, document control, release, configuration, baselines, variants, effectivity and engineering change • Design lifecycle governance across EBOM, MBOM, BOP and as-built product configurations • Define data ownership, system-of-record boundaries, approval controls and lifecycle information flows • Advise stakeholders on fit-to-standard processes, operating-model implications and adoption priorities • Own Teamcenter functional, application, information, integration, security, deployment and environment architecture • Design or govern Teamcenter data model, business objects, classification, workflows, maturity and release states, organization model, access controls and collaboration patterns • Lead architecture decisions across Active Workspace, BMIDE, ITK, SOA or REST services, integrations and extension approaches • Guide configuration-versus-customization decisions to protect upgradeability, performance, maintainability and reuse • Provide design assurance across build, migration, testing, deployment, transition and support • Work with authorized security specialists to address hosting, identity, access, data handling and site requirements • Produce architecture and assurance artefacts suitable for formal governance and design-review forums
• Australian citizenship is mandatory • 10+ years of enterprise PLM experience • Substantial Siemens Teamcenter implementation and architecture responsibility • Leadership of at least one end-to-end Teamcenter delivery spanning discovery, design, configuration, integration, migration, testing and deployment • Deep knowledge of product structures, BOM management, configuration management, engineering change, workflow, release, effectivity, variants and lifecycle governance • Practical knowledge of Teamcenter data modelling and configuration, BMIDE, Active Workspace, ITK and enterprise integration approaches • Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD and at least one ERP or manufacturing platform • Experience in complex engineered-product environments such as defense, aerospace, marine, rail, automotive, energy, industrial equipment or other regulated manufacturing sectors • Strong consulting, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and technical execution skills • Ability to operate as a hands-on architecture lead while mentoring teams and supporting solution shaping
