📋 Description

• Support vehicle development programs and ensure project quality objectives are achieved throughout development and launch phases • Drive achievement of quality targets during development activities for one or multiple vehicle programs • Coordinate APQP-PPAP deliverables and ensure required documentation is completed and maintained • Lead activities to prevent issue recurrence, manage risks, and drive quality convergence toward project objectives • Ensure compliance with project quality targets established by the BCI Department • Facilitate communication and collaboration across project, engineering, manufacturing, and partner teams • Define milestone actions and deliverables, monitor KPIs, assess results, and manage escalations and recovery plans for non-compliance risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience • Knowledge of Quality and Lean methodologies and tools • Knowledge of industrialization and project management processes, including APQP and PPAP methodologies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and issue-resolution skills • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools • Familiarity with statistical control concepts • Leadership capabilities, results-oriented mindset, and self-motivated approach • English language proficiency • TeamCenter CAD knowledge is a plus
