📋 Description

• Drive low-code digital transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business units • Own the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and enterprise governance of custom Power Platform solutions • Design and deploy complex Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), sophisticated Power Automate workflows, and scalable Power Pages • Architect and maintain robust Dataverse solutions for secure and efficient data management • Implement and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines using Azure DevOps • Collaborate with global teams on high-impact digital transformation projects

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise-level experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages) • 2+ years of domain experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Manufacturing industries • Deep technical expertise in Power Fx, custom connector development, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy governance • Working knowledge of SQL Server / Azure SQL integration, REST API consumption, and configuration of On-Premise Data Gateways • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between “coding” and “engineering” • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants • Advanced Oral English • Advanced Spanish
