📋 Description

• Manage and lead QA for files • Assemble weekly project reports • Track updates from artists, leads, and clients • Organize submissions for delivery to clients • Kick off assets approved by the Art Director • Organize and prepare materials for team distribution • Assist with meeting notes from the Project Manager • Assist with asset submissions • Shepherd files between artists and clients, including client feedback to artists • Maintain and update file management and tracking systems • Create handbooks, guides, and tutorials for team members • Assist in developing creative solutions to project problems

🎯 Requirements

• Previous production experience in the gaming industry and/or app development (mobile, VR, etc) • Experience with Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Adobe Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, and at least one project tracking tool (Monday, Jira, Shotgrid, PureRef, etc.) • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with weekly reporting, file sharing, note taking, file transfer/submissions, etc. • Proactive personality with ability to work collaboratively and independently • Prior engine experience required; UE5 preferred • English proficiency at B2 or higher required • VFX training or experience is a plus • Solid understanding of animation workflows is a bonus • Experience specifically in Jira or Airtable is a bonus • Academic background in video games is a bonus • Experience with art creation tools such as Maya, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, and their respective file types is a bonus • CV/resume must be submitted in English
