📋 Description

• Design and shape end-to-end services and experiences across digital and physical touchpoints • Conduct research and translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable opportunities and strategic recommendations • Develop customer journeys, ecosystem maps, service blueprints, opportunity areas, and service concepts • Plan, facilitate, and synthesize co-creation workshops with clients and stakeholders • Support service strategies, future-state visions, and innovation roadmaps • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, research, and technology • Manage project workstreams with increasing autonomy and contribute to larger, more complex engagements • Support business development through proposal writing, bid responses, offer development, project approaches, and strategic content

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Service Design, Strategic Design, Experience Design, Innovation Consulting, or related disciplines • Proven experience working on service design and/or strategic design projects • Strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills • Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies • Solid knowledge of service design methods and tools, including customer journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, service blueprints, opportunity identification, and concept development • Experience designing and facilitating workshops and collaborative working sessions with clients and stakeholders • Ability to transform research findings and insights into strategic recommendations and concrete design opportunities • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills • Ability to create compelling narratives and high-quality strategic deliverables • Ability to work independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams • Familiarity with Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies • Fluent Italian and English required • Portfolio and updated CV required; cover letter optional • UX/UI Design capabilities and Brand Strategy experience are nice to have
