📋 Description

• Deliver complex software development projects and grow your technical expertise in a Java environment • Anticipate needs and propose technical solutions to move projects forward • Conduct code reviews and ensure that development work is delivered to a high standard • Design and migrate projects to microservices architectures • Manage a team of developers and support the mentoring and professional development of its members

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or a university-level computer science program, or equivalent education • At least 3 years of experience in software development • Strong autonomy and technical proficiency in a Java environment • Experience managing a team of developers, with a strong focus on mentoring and the professional development of team members • Strong knowledge of Java frameworks, particularly Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle • Ability to adapt to Agile environments and V-Model development cycles • Responsible use of generative AI tools for certain design, development, or code review activities, while ensuring the quality of deliverables
