📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise fraud management solutions leveraging NICE Actimize, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices • Own end-to-end technical delivery across the SDLC, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support • Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable technical solutions • Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, design validations, and mentorship of development teams • Drive platform modernization, CI/CD adoption, performance optimization, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including technical leadership within Banking, Financial Services, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, or Financial Crime Compliance environments • Strong hands-on expertise with NICE Actimize, Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, REST APIs, Microservices, and enterprise integration patterns • Advanced knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL • Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions • Experience with cloud-native architectures • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins • Experience with API Management platforms such as Apigee • Experience with observability tools such as Splunk or AppDynamics • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
