📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families after initial onboarding, managing ongoing service delivery and communication • Conduct regular client check-ins and provide timely, personalized support • Track client engagement and service quality, maintain accurate records, and recommend additional support to improve outcomes and retention • Coordinate service launches and scheduling with internal teams • Maintain updated documentation and address issues to ensure a smooth client experience • Identify opportunities to improve or automate recurring workflows and help implement process improvements • Work with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, share client insights, and improve the client experience • Collaborate with academic coaches, consultants, billing teams, and cross-functional leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Willing and able to work a dedicated night shift schedule aligned with US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours • Candidates who've spent most of their career actively managing accounts, processes, or projects themselves • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Empathetic, service-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and follow-through • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment • Salesforce experience is a strong plus and a skill the company actively hires for • Track record of operations and process improvement, including building or streamlining workflows • Project management software experience, particularly hands-on work in Monday.com, as well as Asana or Notion • Comfort working across multiple platforms, including Google Workspace and CRM/billing systems • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a nice-to-have, not required
