📋 Description

• Participate in a 4-month online Finance internship • Work with real financial and accounting tasks in an international technology group • Work in one or several focus areas according to development path and team needs • Perform international and management audits in line with international standards • Assess tax risks in a multi-jurisdictional structure • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking • Support financial reporting and management analytics across service companies, delivery projects, investment funds, and startups • Manage and analyze corporate expenses and support automation of accounting operations • Work on international accounting and tax compliance across jurisdictions • Support Ukrainian accounting, including fixed assets, accounting automation, charitable funds, and defence-related activities • Collaborate with colleagues across related Finance domains

🎯 Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting • English sufficient to understand spoken communication and participate in work-related calls • Analytical mindset and attention to detail • Confidence working with numbers and spreadsheets • Willingness to learn and explore new tools, including AI • Proactivity and responsibility • Genuine interest in building a career in Finance
