• Deal sourcing & analysis: preparing market and competitive analyses, identifying and screening target companies in our focus sectors. • Due diligence & financial modeling: supporting due diligence for potential new investments, performing financial analyses and modelling LBOs as well as value creation plans. • Transaction & investment support: preparing deal materials and Investment Committee documents, and preparing for and following up on management meetings. • Portfolio management: contributing to the development of portfolio companies, in particular on value creation programmes, market monitoring and analysis of operational KPIs. • Firm development: supporting internal projects to further develop the organisation, optimise processes and shape strategic direction.
• Completed bachelor’s degree or advanced master’s studies (Business Administration/Finance/Management or STEM with a finance focus) with very good academic performance. • At least two relevant internships in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, private equity or transaction services. • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; solid valuation understanding and prior financial modelling experience (including LBOs) is an advantage. • Fluent in German and English, strong analytical skills and a structured way of working. • High initiative, ownership mentality, team player and ability to perform under pressure in dynamic deal phases.
