📋 Description

• Plan project activities, estimates, milestones, and dependencies • Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery progress • Clarify and document business and technical requirements • Coordinate the development process and remove delivery blockers • Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations • Support the team and maintain a productive, human-oriented working environment • Maintain project documentation and reporting • Support resource planning, assignments, and team development • Apply current development and AI practices to improve project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software development • Hands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain • Understanding of modern software development and AI practices • Solid knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery control • Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and Customers • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills • Human-oriented approach to team and people management • Customer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomes • Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working in a multinational environment • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level • Experience with Java or cloud-based projects would be a plus
