📋 Description

• Develop detailed project plans with engineering leadership, including resource allocation and budget planning • Coordinate, track, and deliver technical projects spanning engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, and customer success teams • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile events • Ensure delivery according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards • Plan, manage, and monitor project execution and on-time delivery within allocated budgets • Conduct project risk analysis and communicate risks to stakeholders and customers • Create and maintain project documentation and reports • Establish and improve project management best practices, tools, templates, and rules of engagement • Drive change and efficiency with internal and external partners • Participate in hiring planning, support onboarding, and ensure team members' professional growth • Drive continuous improvements within the Competence Center, contribute to PMO activities and PM training initiatives, and share lessons learned and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Project Management with a technology focus • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects • Strong sense of ownership and accountability • Solid experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) • Proven track record in setting up Scrum processes and coaching teams • Strong knowledge of project management tools and processes, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and risk management • Hands-on experience with technical requirements management • Expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration • Practical experience with BI tools • Upper-Intermediate English or higher • Experience in the AdTech domain (a plus) • Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification (a plus) • Basic knowledge of SQL (a plus)
