📋 Description

• Lead planning and management of large, complex projects from brief to delivery • Mobilise internal and external teams around project vision and expected outcomes • Manage day-to-day project execution with clients and internal teams, ensuring milestones are on time and within budget • Manage resources alongside the Creative Director and Resource Manager • Track financial progression and recommend project or team adjustments • Partner with Account, Strategy, and Creative leads from briefing through final delivery • Identify project risks and solutions throughout the project lifecycle • Potentially manage a Project Manager supporting the led project • Support internal creators in executing high-quality work • Oversee production budgets and efficient project delivery • Organise and run pre-production phases and meetings • Manage post-production and asset delivery through final delivery, including status and compliance tracking • Lead project meetings including kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews • Communicate with clients about budget, timing, resources, and processes • Liaise with internal specialty leads and source, contract, and manage vendors • Write client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders, and other contract documents • Ensure agency, client, vendor, and legal processes and requirements are met • Manage ATL, digital, and social content variations, ensuring quality control and asset trafficking • Resolve escalated issues and conflicts • Grow relationships and participate in VaynerMedia social engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience and ownership of complex strategic projects requiring senior stakeholder management • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Budget development and contract (SOW) writing experience • Ability to recognise and solve potential problems, escalate issues or conflicts and continually evaluate project effectiveness • Ability to manage overall project delivery quality and account documentation • Strong understanding of creative development and asset creation processes • Positive, cool, calm and collected approach to problem-solving • Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced environment • Strong self-awareness and people-management skills • Understanding of different channels, including relevant social media platforms and their requirements • Candidates must be authorized to work in Germany
