📋 Description

• Guide a team of 5–6 developers within the Odin Development / Digital Foundation department. • Actively writing and contributing to Python code alongside your team. • Drive smooth delivery, support your team's growth, and act as a key connector between the Python team and its closest collaborators. • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with each team member to support their growth and provide constructive feedback. • Facilitate two weekly standups and lead sprint planning sessions. • Manage and groom the Jira backlog and track sprint progress.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience with a solid understanding of how the language works, including its key patterns, ecosystem, and common use cases. • Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of software engineers. • Solid understanding of agile / scrum ceremonies and hands-on experience with Jira. • Strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable running standups, planning sessions, and 1-on-1s. • Track record of setting and delivering on OKRs or similar goal frameworks. • Ability to context-switch between people management and technical work.
